Approval of First Progress Report of our Research Project with ID:120E307 by TUBITAK

The evaluation of the first progress report of our research project with ID:120E307 has been approved with its current form owing to the outputs obtained during the period of the first year.

Recall that the progress report addresses i) WP1 – the conventional least squares- and deep learning-based channel estimation in intelligent reflecting surfaces (IRS)-assisted wireless communications as illustrated in Figure 1 and Figure 2, ii) WP2 – trajectory design for IRS-UAV deployed HetNet considering the energy efficiency and stochastic battery consumption modeling, and iv) WP4 – PHY-layer security of IRS-UAV-aided HetNets.
