Samet Hatipoğlu received the BSc degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2018. He is currently MSc. student at Remote Sensing and Satellite Communication from Informatics Institute Department of ITU. His research interests include mobile optimization, energy efficiency in 5G cellular networks and machine learning in cellular networks.
