Ahmet Serbes received the B.S. degree from Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey in 2002, the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2004 and 2011, respectively, all in electronics and communications engineering.

He is currently with the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Yildiz Technical University. His research interests include statistical signal processing, estimation and detection theory, communications, linear transformations, time–frequency signal processing, and fractional Fourier transform.
