Mehmet Oktay Güven received the B.Sc. degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Doğuş University, Istanbul, Turkey in 2009, and currently pursuing the M.Sc. degree with Satellite Communication and Remote Sensing Department, Informatics Institute, Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey. M. Oktay worked as Telecommunication Engineer at Huawei Technologies in Istanbul, Turkey, between 2009 and 2011. M. Oktay is currently a Radio Access Network Engineer at Ericsson in the Middle East and Africa region and a member of ICRG, Istanbul Technical University. M. Oktay is skilled in WiMAX, GSM, WCDMA, LTE, Small Cell, Massive IoT and 5G networks. His general research areas include artificial neural networks, machine learning, next-generation wireless communication systems, narrowband IoT.
