Mert Tuncer received a BSc degree in the Electronics and Communication Engineering department in Istanbul Technical University in 2020. He is currently an MSc. student at Information and Communication Engineering in Informatics Institute at Istanbul Technical University. Wireless communications, physical layer, RAN architecture and New Generation Networks(NGN) are his research interests.
